Swound Marketplace empowers creators to sell and share their music projects, stems, samples, and other creative assets with the community. Buyers can explore, purchase, and download top-quality material — while sellers stay in full control of how their work is licensed.

All rights remain with the original creator (the seller). Swound does not claim any ownership over the content you upload or sell on the Marketplace.

Each seller defines their own license when they list a project or sample. Swound supports Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) and other Creative Commons variants, allowing sellers to specify how their work can be used (e.g. commercial use allowed, remixing permitted, etc.).

Swound simply displays the license chosen by the seller — we do not determine or enforce licensing terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and respecting the license attached to each item before use.

No. Swound provides the platform but is not a party to transactions or licensing agreements between buyers and sellers. All responsibility for the content, its originality, and the selected license belongs solely to the seller.

If you believe an item violates your copyright, you can report it through our DMCA takedown process.

You can sell full DAW projects, including originals, templates, remixes, and educational or practice projects.

Files are stored, versioned, and delivered through Swound Cloud, ensuring reliable and fast uploads & downloads.

Swound reviews each project before publication to ensure quality and compliance. While we aim to support all creators, we may decline projects that don’t meet our standards or raise copyright concerns.

In case of complaints or verified copyright infringement, Swound will remove the project from download to protect rights holders and maintain platform safety.

To receive payments, you’ll need a free Stripe account. Swound uses Stripe Connect to handle secure payouts directly to your bank account.

When you list an item for sale, you’ll be prompted to connect your Stripe account. Once connected, Swound will automatically route your earnings to Stripe after each sale, minus a 10% Swound platform fee and Stripe processing fees.

You must be located in one of Stripe’s supported countries to receive payments. You can check the current list here: https://stripe.com/global

If your country is not supported, you can still list your projects for free or under Creative Commons, but you won’t be able to receive payouts until Stripe expands to your region.

Buyers can securely purchase using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — all processed by Stripe. Neither Swound nor sellers have access to or store payment information.
